This is an invite from Carson Rapose, Innovation Manager for the City of New Orleans. I’d love to have you join us for the city-wide Procore training & the inagural meeting of the Procore Community in New Orleans.
For our first ever meeting of this Community we’re hosting an open-to-the-Community training on Procore and their suite of tools to build a better world (and a better New Orleans!).
This event is 100% drop in & drop out! Join when you can and leave when you're ready!
The event will be held at the Rec Center at Joe Brown Park, 5601 Read Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70127
Day 1 will be focused on financials tools: Field Changes, Plan Changes, and Contracts in the morning; invoicing and Q & A in the afternoon
Day 2 will be focused on project management tools: Documents, Drawings, Submittals, & RFI's in the morning; Daily Logs, Punch Lists, Observations, the mobile app & Q & A in the afternoon.
