This quarter we'll take a deep dive into observations, inspections, and action plans.

Max Foley, Principal Strategic Product Consultant at Procore Technologies, will be attending our meeting in person and help guide our collaborative discussion. Max is an expert on observations, inspections, and action plans.

Max will start by showing a product roadmap to get a better understanding of where Procore is prioritizing their engineering efforts, then he'll get into the details of the tools on the agenda. As Max provides overviews, best practices, and recommendations of each tool (live demos), our group will review how each firm is using the tools in their company. As Max impresses us with the tools, we will be able to get into specific details and use cases and collaborate with each other.
