We are departing from our tool-specific discussions to a topic that we are all facing – the staffing challenges for construction generally, and the civil infrastructure sector, specifically. While we are all concerned about recruiting young workers to our industry, we have a similar hurdle – preserving the experiences of our most tenured team members so the company can share that knowledge with a new generation of builders.

What are strategies that you have used or evaluated to leverage the Procore tools to capture this experience? We’ll talk about this in smaller groups, focusing not only on the obvious tools like Knowledge, but also other tools such as Inspections, not to mention the potential for Copilot.

This promises to be less of a lecture and more of a discussion (we’ll make sure to keep the groups small!). As always, we’ll be happy to summarize the discussion, but won’t be recording because we want everyone to feel comfortable sharing.
