Often, Civil and Infrastructure contractors are faced with projects that represent unique challenges - some they haven't seen before and some they have. They are faced with trying to build and sustain processes that capture the experiences of the company while adapting to the conditions of the project. One tool has shown promise for helping build (and improve) guardrails for effective practices - Action Plans. While its origin is in compliance, the Action Plan tool is now widely used in numerous areas. It provides both flexibility to adapt to particular projects while tying together many different elements of Procore.

Several members of the community have been asking for it, so I'm excited to have the Procore team talking to us about Action Plans. We'll also be able to share our own experiences with setting up the tool, different use cases, and enhancing buy-in. Look forward to seeing you there.
